Application Areas

Used in gap filling for machinery, crane, and steel structure foundations; prefabricated concrete elements; repair of columns and beams; and repair of heavy pedestrian traffic areas such as manholes and similar.

Application Features

• Mix the 25 kg bag slowly into 3.75-4.25 liters of clean water using a mixer at low speed, stirring for 2-3 minutes until homogeneous. Let rest for 1-2 minutes before application.
• Use the prepared mix within 15 minutes.
• Apply horizontally and vertically with a trowel on cement-based structural elements.
• Surface must be cleaned of dust and dirt before application.
• Repair areas to be fixed should be lightly moistened before application.
• Maximum 50 mm application per layer. Wait at least 3 hours between layers.

Warnings and Recommendations

• Not suitable for metal surfaces.
• No foreign materials should be added.
• Do not apply if rain is expected during outdoor applications.
• Protect from frost, sun, and strong wind for the first 24 hours after application.
• Application is recommended between +5 °C and +35 °C.
• All tools used should be washed with water before drying.
